About Me
Personal Summary
Born and raised in sunny Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa but my parents are Portuguese (therefore I don’t need a VISA). I graduated in 2009 from Belgium Campus ITversity and accomplished a Bachelors Degree of Computing; I was awarded top honours in 2005 and 2006 and was elected Student Council President in 2006. During my time at college I discovered and embraced my creativeness, innovative ideas within the web.
I'm always up for big challenges and wanted to broaden my knowledge in United Kingdom so moved to a very cold England in December 2006 and now live in Wimbledon (mini South Africa). Alchemy Systems gave me my first real break and helped me start my career as a trainee Web Designer and I've been there till today working as a Web Designer / Front-end developer with 3 years professional experience.

Interests and Hobbies
My interests are music, movies, and Football. I'm a huge Manchester United fan. I'm a master in FIFA10 on my PS3 and play online often (PS3 ID is "Desouza7"). I've subscribed to Advanced Photoshop and Web Designer magazines; I get most of my ideas and inspiration from these books.
If I'm not fooling around I spend a lot of my free time working on affiliate projects and SEO. I manage Maternity Lane every day.
De Souza Media Website
I've built De Souza Media to display my recent work I have done at Alchemy Systems and during my spare time at home. This website was designed in Photoshop and coded within Dreamweaver. Parts of the website is still under construction and is due to change in the future, I will be implementing a blog as well. All of my pages are validated as XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0
